Our professional photographer, Geoff Steen, undertakes creative and cost-effective commercial photography for companies across North Wales and North West England. Geoff specialises in photographing exteriors, interiors and architecture, and has particular expertise in hotel photography.

Geoff prides himself on creating great photographs without great cost. And he always, but always, maintains an extremely high standard of customer service. Much of his work is repeat business from happy clients.

How much do we charge?

As you can probably imagine, it’s extremely difficult to give an exact price without talking to you about what it is you’d like. But it’s fair to say that our charges are highly affordable, with no extra fees for things which we think should really come as standard, such as handing over the final images. In fact, there are no hidden fees at all. Our competitive rates include:

All post-production editing
Free travel within a 30-mile radius of Llandudno
Free hand-over of your images on CD or via a memory stick
High resolution images as standard
No restrictions on how many times you use your images or the purpose you use them for.

What are our leadtimes?

Once we have agreed a date for the shoot to take place, we normally allow five working days to process and prepare the images, ready for you to view. But we will always endeavour to meet your deadlines if you require a faster turnaround time.

How does the process work?

Once you get in touch with us, we will have a chat with you on the phone or at your premises to understand your requirements. If you have a brief, that’s great, but even if you haven’t we know the right questions to ask! We will then prepare a quotation for our services. Should you decide to go ahead, we will ask you to send us confirmation that you accept our quote, either in writing or via an email.

We will then arrange a mutually convenient date for the shoot to take place. Geoff will come to the shoot armed with his equipment and possibly an assistant too, depending on the complexity of the shoot. We aim to create a simple, unintrusive and relaxed experience for everyone involved.

Once the shoot is complete, we will fully edit the images. As mentioned above, this normally takes around five working days. Either Geoff will then visit your premises to show you the images digitally, or we will post them onto a secure area of our website for you to view. When you’re happy, we then officially hand the images over to you on a CD, via a memory stick or via email, depending on what’s most convenient. This is the bit when you pay us! We accept credit cards or payment via a bank transfer.
